Road Trips, Rodeos, and Reminiscing

When I finally pulled together my footage from July to September, I had well over two hours. TWO HOURS! Let me tell you, paring that down to four minutes took me forever. But here you have it! Observations I made while editing:

1) I am in this round's movie way more than I ever have been before.
2) My voice sounds higher on camera than it does in my head.
3) Sam thinks I am attractive when I look really pathetic.
4) Rodeo falls are much more entertaining than rodeo successes.
5) The kids obviously get their dancing skills from me. Have I mentioned my dance talent before? Oh yeah, I have. All the time.
6) WOA! Sam's beard used to be huge! I knew he cut 4" off, but I don't think I quite appreciated the difference until I saw some of these clips. He says it's a really nice scarf now that things are getting chilly.

1) That is good. You should be.
2) Is that good?
3) You never look pathetic, but you do look attractive.
4) True, especially the guy who face plants and then gets smashed by the bull.
5) Well, my bobblehead skills didn't do much to improve the gene pool.
6) Yes it was big. And yes, it is quite nice in the winter.
7) I really liked this movie.

Very cute! And what an eventful few months!

Oh...and Barry always tells me I'm cute at the most pathetic moments too (like when I just washed my face and my hair is all crazy and pulled back from my face and I'm wearing super frumpy clothes). Husbands are great.

Cute kids, great footage. :) I especially liked the pan you did from your kids to the heads of Mt. Rushmore.

Sam -

1) I think so too. Some day we might be sad about all the clips I'm not in.
2) I don't know. I don't think so.
3) Not true, but thank you.
4) Love that one!
5) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
6) I'm sure gonna miss when it's gone ... a year or so from now. :)

Thanks, Kori! I would say something funny, but now I'm feelin' the pressure. :)

I'm commenting as I watch...otherwise, I forget what I want to say by the end. Cute little white bunny feet! I wouldn't mess with Sam, esp if I met him in a dark alley at night (well, only if I didn't know him) Rodeo falls ARE much more entertaining. Wild horses???!!! I've NEVER seen them in the wild..that's awesome! Flying ground hogs (if that's what they are) are pretty funny...he got some serious air! You look fine, by the way. Hey, did you put the lettuce in the tin foil dinner to keep the meat and stuff from sticking??? If so, I'm totally using that little trick. Sure you didn't say a bad word...I know how you are...! I see Enoch has picked up Seara's habit of sleeping in random places. BTW, did Seara grow out of that?

I love your house.
